I can't begin to tell you much it saddens me to post this reply here as often as I do.

will stop when we stop telling people to eat chicken soup until
choking.
In Egypt their *severe* case fatality rate went from 20% to 2% when they
made exactly ONE change in treatment. Our fatality rate is 35%. Why
